Damion's path to success has been nothing short of inspiring. After completing his first trade at the Little Rock Job Corps Center, he decided to take his passion for transportation to the next level. Transferring to the TCU/IAM Advanced Training Program in Los Angeles was a pivotal moment in his life, and he's proud to share that it has truly been a life-changing experience!
