Damian Steven (2018 graduate) and Yaa Anokye-Agyei and Gerson Decius (2017 graduates) visited the Potomac Job Corps Center to give words of encouragement to the current TCU/IAM students. Former students stop by all the time to share their real world work experiences with current students and to thank those who helped them achieve their goals. Damien and Gerson both started as Assistant Conductors and Yaa started as a Coach Cleaner; she has been promoted to Customer Service/Ticketing since starting with AMTRAK.
