Rob talks about his success at MnDOT.

Robert Milligan is originally from Chicago, but he relocated to St. Paul after attending the Hubert Humphrey Job Corps Center in Minnesota. Robert completed the Facilities Maintenance trade at the Joliet Job Corps Center before pursuing Advanced Training with TCU/IAM. Rob started his transportation career with the Minnesota Department of Transportation as a Highway Maintenance Worker in 2016.
