Victoria Dilley started her career as a Car Mechanic (Freight Car Repair) with Canadian National in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Victoria completed the Rail Mechanical Service Worker TAR at the Gary Job Corps Center in San Marcos, Texas after completing the Plastering trade on campus. Her dedication to education paid off!
